Hi folks, I’ve started blogging again.

My name is Colin Rognlie, I run amuck on the internet under the alias ‘lucifex’. I am one of the high muckity-mucks of Evil Geniuses for a Better Tomorrow, an online gaming clan cum internet community.

By profession, I am a network, security, and systems engineer. I left full-time employment at the end of 2003 in order to return to the university and finish my B.S. in Physics. After graduating in 6/05, I plan to enter graduate school instead of rejoining the work force.

I’ve been having lots of ideas, and I’m looking for a way to both publish and keep track of them. It is my intention that rarely will there be a post in this blog as personal in nature as this one. I will limit it to the random ideas I have throughout the days and nights, and early mornings) to make the world a better place.

Over the next weeks, I’ll be getting out a lot of ideas that have been building up for a few years now. My goal is to facilitate and create a world where freedom, education, privacy, wealth, medicine, and the rest of the positive creations of society are freely available to all. More correctly, I seek a world where the opportunity for those things is available to all persons equally.
